The Municipality of Karaburun is working on a number of projects. Common to all the projects are the basic principles of “permanency and sustainability”.  We should be aware that long years of neglect and abandon have created problems which cannot be solved in a short lapse of time. But we know that working within the framework of a definite policy and with a never diminishing energy and determination will bring us forwards.

As a small city it is always very difficult to aim at important projects when you have only a very limited budget. But the Karaburun Municipality has adopted the attitude of not wanting to hide itself behind this lack of means. On the contrary, it is our conviction that projects can be developed and implemented, given we create opportunities and sources and go on working without loosing our courage and patience. Only this way Karaburun will get the place it deserves. Here are some of our long-term projects
